HOUSTON, TX, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Love, connection, personal growth, and new possibilities are coming together in Houston this fall as Still Open to Love: The Forty Plus & Flirty Singles Conference presents a transformational two-day experience for singles 40 and beyond on October 9–10, 2026, at Christ Worship Center, 15620 Sellers Road, Houston, TX 77060.

The conference begins Friday, October 9, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and continues Saturday, October 10, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Created especially for singles 40+, Still Open to Love is designed to go beyond the traditional singles or dating event. The conference combines relationship education, personal development, meaningful conversations, dynamic speakers, interactive workshops, networking, fellowship, and opportunities to build authentic connections.

“Still Open to Love is about much more than finding a date,” says Sharon C. Jenkins, Founder of Forty Plus & Flirty and host of the Still Open to Love Singles Conference. “It is about creating an environment where mature singles can connect with others, gain practical relationship tools, rediscover hope, and become intentional about the life and relationships they want to build.”

Jenkins adds, “Moving the conference to Houston allows us to bring the experience closer to the community that has embraced and supported this vision. The city has changed, but the purpose has not. We are still committed to reminding singles that it is never too late for love and never too late to create a meaningful new chapter.”

Coach Ken Canion to Headline Still Open to Love

The conference will feature Coach Ken Canion as keynote speaker, bringing his expertise, energy, and insight to the Still Open to Love stage.

Canion is a relationship coach, communications expert, and star of MTV’s Unfaithful: Caught in the Act. His work focuses on helping people better understand relationships, communication, personal growth, and the choices necessary to build stronger and healthier connections.

As the conference keynote speaker, Coach Ken Canion will challenge attendees to look beyond the idea of simply “finding someone” and consider what it means to become prepared for the kind of relationship they desire.

Still Open to Love welcomes singles from a variety of life experiences, including those who are divorced, widowed, never married, newly single, actively dating, taking a break from dating, or simply open to meeting someone special.

The conference is built around four guiding principles:

CONNECT. HEAL. GROW. BUILD.

Participants will have opportunities to explore topics that matter to mature singles, including healthy relationships, intentional dating, effective communication, emotional wellness, relationship readiness, dating safety, personal growth, and building meaningful connections after 40.

In addition to keynote speaker Coach Ken Canion, the conference brings together a diverse team of relationship professionals, coaches, counselors, matchmakers, authors, faith leaders, entrepreneurs, and other experts who understand the emotional, relational, spiritual, and practical realities of dating and relationships later in life.

Attendees can expect an engaging environment filled with powerful speakers, practical tools, interactive workshops, meaningful networking, fun, fellowship, and opportunities to meet other mature singles.
